**After finishing of the course you may get MTF digital form of certificate.**
You don't need to pay additional fee. Its enough to purchase the course in MTF website or at website of our partners (like Udemy).
Be careful with your name writing. If you change it, the change will only apply to documents issued after the change.
Please, read instructions below for getting of certificates. For access to them, you need to open edu.gtf.pt, next push button "My certificates" in the top main menu.
**If you finished the course in MTF portal edu.gtf.pt**
In the end of the course, you will see button for generating of your certificate and MTF Student ID.
Be careful, your First and Last name in the certificate will be exactly the same, as your data in "Profile Section".
If you have several names, you need to use fields "First Name" and "Last Name".
You may write up to 2-3 names in preferred order, its better to use CAPSLOCK for better design.
If you have very long names and surnames, its better to use only 1 first name and 1 last name.
**If you finished the course in Udemy**
**Step 1.**
please, register account in our system
**Step 2.**
You need to have at least 1 finished course in Udemy.
**Step 3.**
Please, check your Udemy profile, even if you have 10 names and 10 surnames in Udemy and MTF portals we have only 2 fields: First name and Last name.
In MTF portal and certificate it may contain 2-3 words, so you may use 2 fields for writing of your full name in preferred order.
We recommend to use Capslock for better design. Also you may use only English language.
**Step 4.**
You are able to use MTF name only exactly the same as Udemy name, so, please, check your Udemy name and register your MTF name with copy paste from First and Last names fields from Udemy.
**Step 5.**
After finishing of the course in Udemy, please login to portal and use this link for generation of the certificate and MTF Student ID. Then your certificate will be issued. Please, use this page for certificate preparing (options "Udemy courses" for courses with Udemy certificate and option "Udemy Certifications" for certifications / assessments = courses without Udemy certificate)
please, dont manually type certificate url, you may easily copy paste it from browser address page. Its easier and you will avoid any mistakes
**Common Mistakes:**
1. Please, check that your Full name (Name and Surname) in Udemy written in English. No letters from other languages.
2. Please, check that your Full name in Udemy and MTF portal edu.gtf.pt are the same. Its better to copy paste from Udemy to MTF.
3. In Udemy and MTF we have 2 fields, First Name and Last Name. If you have more names, you need to use these fields for writing names in preferred order. Design of certificate will work with no more than 4-5 parts of your names, depend on size.
4. Please, do not manually retype the address text that you see on the certificate. Сopy the certificate address only from the browser address bar. You will see the full text in the format ...
5. Check that you registered your account in edu.gtf.pt
6. Check that you use this link for certificates generation
You probably already know that you may get MTF form of certificates and MTF Student ID for courses which you finished in Udemy in edu.gtf.pt. But do you know that you may publish your certificate in LinkedIn and have an active link to credentials?

🏢 Also, after publishing your document in the Education part, your profile will be added to the official Alumni page of MTF Institute at LinkedIn.
You need to open edu.gtf.pt in the same browser as LinkedIn
Next you need to login to LinkedIn
After pushing of the button near your certificate, you will see your certificate in LinkedIn
**For getting of additional visibility** of your profile for employers, recruiters, partners or clients you may add your new certificate to linkedin.com also to "Education" part. Next make a post at linked in with information about your new learning step and use @ for adding of MTF to post, we will answer to each post for increasing of visibility of your profile in LinkedIn
**If you finished the course in Udemy**

You need to choose the name of Certification course and copy paste from address page the link to your Udemy profile. You may find this link, if you open the User menu in Udemy (top right corner and at the bottom of the menu you will see "public profile".
