PART 4: THE OPERATIONAL & FINANCIAL MODEL (Terms & Conditions)

We have engineered a highly transparent, mutually beneficial financial model. By removing the upfront franchise fee, we align our success directly with yours.

1. No Upfront Franchise Fees There are zero initial payments required to apply for or join the MTF Institute Local Partner Program. We do not sell our brand; we partner with executors.

2. Local Legal & Tax Responsibility The participating local center is 100% responsible for its own legal registration, tax compliance, labor laws, and obtaining any necessary educational licenses required in its specific country, state, or municipality of operation. MTF Institute acts as the curriculum and certification provider, not the local legal entity.

3. Target Audience: Existing Centers This program is highly recommended for existing educational centers, language schools, B2B training hubs, and corporate academies that already have a physical presence and an established local student base.

4. Online Platforms & Aggregators Purely online educational platforms can be considered for the partnership program. However, to be approved, the online platform must demonstrate a dedicated, allocated marketing budget specifically designed to promote MTF Institute programs in their respective digital markets.

5. The Revenue & Delivery System (The 5-Step Process)

Step 5.1: Students (or the local center on their behalf) purchase the foundational educational materials package directly on the official MTF platform: edu.gtf.pt.
Step 5.2: Using this foundational digital package as the core textbook/syllabus, the local educational center provides an additional in-person (or localized live-online) teaching module, adding their own mentorship and practical workshops.
Step 5.3: The final total price charged to the student (which includes the MTF materials + the local center's in-person teaching fee) must be officially approved by MTF Institute to maintain global brand consistency.
Step 5.4: In the 2026 financial year, under the partnership agreement, MTF Institute collects a flat 30% revenue share of the final total cost charged to the student. Note: This 30% share already includes the cost of the educational materials package purchased on the website. The local partner retains 70% of the total revenue to cover their venue, tutors, and local marketing.

6. Territorial Exclusivity (The District Rule) We protect our partners from local cannibalization. One approved educational center receives exclusive MTF teaching rights for one official city district or borough. Want exclusivity for the entire city? To obtain city-wide exclusivity (e.g., the exclusive rights to all of London or all of Dubai), the partner is required to operate MTF programs in a minimum of three separate physical centers across the city.

7. Program Policy & Modifications MTF Institute reserves the right to modify the rules, financial splits, or terms of the partnership program with official written announcements. However, any structural or financial changes will not affect students who are already enrolled and actively participating in ongoing courses.

Legal Details: Official legal requisites, company registration numbers, and proof of your right to conduct educational business in your jurisdiction.
The Joint Development Plan: A strategic roadmap detailing how you plan to develop, market, and grow the MTF Institute brand in your specific city or region over the next 12 to 24 months.

Q: Do we need to pay a monthly royalty fee? A: No. We do not charge fixed monthly royalties or upfront initiation fees. Our model is strictly = our 30% / your 70% revenue share based on active student enrollments, ensuring our financial interests are perfectly aligned with your success.

Q: Can we translate the MTF materials into our local language? A: The core MTF digital materials on edu.gtf.pt are provided in English, as it is the global language of business. However, your center's additional in-person teaching modules and mentorship can absolutely be conducted in your local language to best serve your demographic.

Q: Who issues the final certificate to the student? A: Upon successful completion of the hybrid program, the official Digital Certificate (with a global verification link) is issued directly by MTF Institute, maintaining the prestige of a European credential.

Q: We are a new company. Can we apply? A: While the program is highly recommended for established centers with an existing student base, we will review applications from newly formed entities if their Joint Development Plan is exceptionally strong and well-funded.

Q: What is the legal basis for your educational documents? A: Professional courses and certificates are taught under the terms of paragraph 3 of article 3 of Decree-Law No. 474/2010, published on July 8th by the Portuguese Ministry of Labour and Social Solidarity. The professional programs are related to professional / business education and are provided without official recognition (certificates are provided at a professional level and not academic degrees or diplomas and do not confer academic credits).
