Proof of English language proficiency is not required for admission to our courses and programs. Applicants do not need to submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.
After finishing of the course you may get MTF digital form of certificate.
You don't need to pay additional fee. Its enough to purchase the course in MTF website or at website of our partners (like Udemy).
Be careful with your name writing. If you change it, the change will only apply to documents issued after the change.
Please, read instructions below for getting of certificates. For access to them, you need to open edu.gtf.pt, next push button "My certificates" in the top main menu.
If you finished the course in MTF portal edu.gtf.pt
In the end of the course, you will see button for generating of your certificate and MTF Student ID.
Be careful, your First and Last name in the certificate will be exactly the same, as your data in "Profile Section".
If you have several names, you need to use fields "First Name" and "Last Name".
You may write up to 2-3 names in preferred order, its better to use CAPSLOCK for better design.
If you have very long names and surnames, its better to use only 1 first name and 1 last name.
If you finished the course in Udemy
Step 1.
please, register account in our system https://edu.gtf.pt/Step 2.
You need to have at least 1 finished course in Udemy. Please, be informed that you cannot get MTF certificate for free courses and for exam type / assessment type of courses (courses without Udemy certificate of finishing).Step 3.
Please, check your Udemy profile, even if you have 10 names and 10 surnames in Udemy and MTF portals we have only 2 fields: First name and Last name.In MTF portal and certificate it may contain 2-3 words, so you may use 2 fields for writing of your full name in preferred order.
We recommend to use Capslock for better design. Also you may use only English language.
Step 4.
You are able to use MTF name only exactly the same as Udemy name, so, please, check your Udemy name and register your MTF name with copy paste from First and Last names fields from Udemy.Step 5.
After finishing of the course in Udemy, please login to portal and use this link for generation of the certificate and MTF Student ID. Then your certificate will be issued. Please, use this page for certificate preparinghttps://edu.gtf.pt/admin/tool/certificate/udemy.php
please, dont manually type certificate url, you may easily copy paste it from browser address page. Its easier and you will avoid any mistakes
Common Mistakes:
- Please, check that your Full name (Name and Surname) in Udemy written in English. No letters from other languages.
- Please, check that your Full name in Udemy and MTF portal edu.gtf.pt are the same. Its better to copy paste from Udemy to MTF.
- In Udemy and MTF we have 2 fields, First Name and Last Name. If you have more names, you need to use these fields for writing names in preferred order. Design of certificate will work with no more than 4-5 parts of your names, depend on size.
- Please, do not manually retype the address text that you see on the certificate. Сopy the certificate address only from the browser address bar. You will see the full text in the format https://www.udemy.com/certificate/...
- Check that you registered your account in edu.gtf.pt
- Check that you use this link for certificates generation https://edu.gtf.pt/admin/tool/certificate/udemy.php

All our courses and programs are self-paced. You may finish them with your own schedule. You will have an access to content 2 years from start to finishing, after it course may be moved to archive.
We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Udemy or directly at MTF can be refunded within 30 days (but before of getting of certificate from Udemy or MTF). For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund.
You may use our own digital platforms or platforms of our partners (f.e. Udemy) for learning and ordering of courses. Also even in case of finishing of your program at site of our partner - you may get a digital version of certificate directly from MTF.
We can prepare a letter of recommendation for your employer or other purposes based on your academic performance.
Please note: This service is available only for students in the M&BA program program. The capstone project is a key requirement, as it allows us to effectively assess the skills we will be endorsing.
The digital letter is provided at no cost.

When the service is active, the pricing will be as follows:
Document Fee: €10 + applicable taxes per document.
Shipping Fee: An additional €5 to €30 per package, depending on the destination country.
